New Pool Owner Walkthrough · St. Petersburg, Gulfport & Seminole
Bought a house
with a pool? Let’s walk through it.
You don’t need to know the names of the parts. We start at the equipment pad and take it from there — at your pace, in plain English.
Where we start
The equipment pad, part by part.
The pumpMoves the water through everything else. If it sounds different, that’s worth telling us.
The filterCatches what the baskets miss. The little gauge on top tells us when it needs a clean.
The salt cellOn a salt pool, this makes the chlorine. Not every pool has one.
The heaterOptional, and not on every pad. We show you the controls; repairs to gas heaters go to a gas technician.
The timerDecides when the pump runs. We write down how yours is set.
Choose a number to see what each part does. An example pad — yours may look different.
What the visit covers
Bring your questions. We’ll bring a notebook.
And we leave it with you. Everything we go through is written down, so you don’t have to remember it all.
Walkthrough notes — example
- Walk the equipment and what each part does.
- Point out the controls and everyday care.
- Say what looks older, and what may need a closer look.
- Leave written notes you can keep.
Scope & price
Learn the pool before changing it.
This is an introduction to your pool. It’s one visit of about an hour, priced before we come.
A question we hear
Do I need to know whether it’s a salt pool?
No. “I just bought the house” is enough to start the conversation. We’ll identify the equipment together, and it goes in your notes.
Next step
Tell us about your pool.
A little about the pool, the address, and what you need. We’ll check the route and talk through the next step — one of us replies within one business day.
