We assess the equipment
Within the work we do — and we say so if it’s outside it.
Frank
3
The work and price, in writing
What we’d do, which parts, and what it costs. No pressure to decide on the spot.

After your yes, we do the work
Only the agreed work — and we explain the result in your Visit Note.

Scope & price
You get a say before a part is changed.
What we work on
Pumps and pump motors that hum, leak or won’t prime
Filters, lids, O-rings and multiport valves
Timers and basic controls
Salt systems and their cells
Leaks at the pad you can see
Where we bring in someone else
Electrical panels and wiring — a licensed electrician
Gas lines and gas heater repairs — a gas technician
Underground leaks and structural cracks
Resurfacing and finish repairs
If an assessment visit has a charge, you hear the amount before we come. New parts carry their maker’s warranty, and your estimate says what that covers. Anything outside our work is named before we go any further.
Not every make and model — and we’ll tell you before arranging a visit, not after. Send us the type of equipment and what it’s doing. “Not sure” is a perfectly good answer.
A little about the pool, the address, and what you need. We’ll check the route and talk through the next step — one of us replies within one business day.
