Let us know what’s in the pool and whether the yard can be reached. We’ll talk through the next step and when we can come.

What the visit covers — and what it doesn’t

Pool cleanup with a clear boundary.

  1. Confirm safe access and look at the equipment area.
  2. Remove the pool debris we can handle and empty the baskets.
  3. Check the water, and the circulation when conditions allow.
  4. Write down what was done, and anything that needs separate attention.

A question we hear

Can you promise a visit straight after a storm?

No — and we’d rather say so now. We confirm availability after checking access and conditions on your street. We don’t promise a same-day visit. What we do promise is a straight answer about when, and a Visit Note when we’ve been.

Next step

Tell us about your pool.

A little about the pool, the address, and what you need. We’ll check the route and talk through the next step — one of us replies within one business day.
