Frank
Started it · repairs & equipment
Frank started cleaning pools on his own street and never quite stopped. He’s the one who listens to a pump before he touches it, and writes the estimates.
The family
We’re a father and two grown daughters who look after home pools together. The people doing the work are the people you can call — and the people who sign the note.

Who you’ll meet

Weekly routes
Tess runs the weekly visits. She brushes the tile line by hand on older pools, and most of the notes you’ll read are in her handwriting.
Notes & scheduling
Nora answers the phone, keeps the route and sends the notes. If you’re away for the season, she’s the one who emails you about anything that needs a yes.
The family and their story are invented for this concept.
How we work
The service day and how we get in are settled before the first visit — not worked out at your gate.
Every visit ends with a note: what we did, what we noticed, and anything that comes next.
Anything beyond the agreed care is explained and priced, and waits for your yes.
Latched, checked, every time. It’s the last thing we do before we leave.
Records
On a real site, this is where you’d find the license number, the insurance carrier and how long the business has been running — each with a way to check it yourself. Dunwell & Daughters is made up, so we won’t invent them.

A little about the pool, the address, and what you need. We’ll check the route and talk through the next step — one of us replies within one business day.
