Example note — not a customer record
Old Northeast, Tuesday
- Skimmed
- Brushed the old tile by hand
- Water tested
- Gate latched
We noticed: two loose tiles by the steps.
Next step: a price for resetting them, if you’d like.

What we’ll want to know.
Tile and equipment may have been changed at different times. Tell us what you know — we can separate routine care from a focused waterline clean or a walkthrough.
Useful answers, all of them
“It came with the house.”“The tile looks original.”“The pump is newer.”“Not sure — you tell me.”“There’s a side gate on the left.”
Let’s check your address.
In this example, Old Northeast and Snell Isle are on the route on Tuesdays, Historic Kenwood on Wednesdays. We confirm both your street and the day before making arrangements. This page shows an example area, not an existing customer route.
