Away-Season Visits · St. Petersburg, Gulfport & Seminole
Your pool, looked after while you’re away.
Before you head up north, let’s agree on access, the usual visit, and how to reach you if something needs a decision.

Greetings from your pool
All well this week. Water balanced, baskets emptied, gate closed. Note and photo in your email. — Tess
Before you leave
A simple handover before you go.
One conversation, usually at the pool, a week or two before you fly. Then the weekly visits carry on as if you were home.
Handover · example
- Agree on the weekly care and how the gate will be opened.
- Choose who receives the Visit Note.
- Confirm how we reach you about anything extra.
- Talk through your return before you come back.
From here to up north
A note you can read from up north.
By email, the same day
Your Visit Note goes to the person you chose, after every visit.
A photo when it matters
If there’s something worth seeing — a cracked lid, a storm’s worth of leaves — there’s a photo with it.
Pool visits, not house checks
We look after the pool. We’re not a home-watch or property management service. Questions about price
A question we hear
Will you start extra work if I’m away?
Not without a yes. Before you leave, you name the person who can approve extra work — you, or someone nearby. We contact them and explain the price first. Nothing beyond the agreed weekly care starts until they say so.
Next step
Tell us about your pool.
A little about the pool, the address, and what you need. We’ll check the route and talk through the next step — one of us replies within one business day.
