Filter Cleaning · St. Petersburg, Gulfport & Seminole

A clean filter, with the details written down.

We look at the filter you have, explain the work, and give you a price before we open it.

What the visit covers

More than a rinse.

AFTER BEFORE
IllustrationReadings go in your note
  1. Know the filter

Identify the filter type and the cleaning method it needs.

  2. Clean it properly

Clean the cartridges, or service a sand or D.E. filter the way its maker intends.

  3. Check what seals it

Check the lid and O-ring, and write down the pressure before and after.

  4. Tell you first

If a part is worn, you hear about it — and its price — before anything is replaced.

Scope & price

Cleaning depends on your filter.

Filter type, size, condition and access decide the work. How often it needs a clean follows your equipment and how the pool is used — not a calendar we made up.

Cartridge

The most common filter on the homes we see. The cartridges come out, get a thorough clean, and go back in once we’ve looked them over.

What we look at
Pleats, end caps and the band — wear shows up there first.
What you get
Pressure before and after, written in your Visit Note.
If it’s worn
A price for a replacement, before anything is ordered.

Sand

Often found on older equipment pads. We service it the way its maker intends and check the parts around it.

What we look at
The valve, the gauge, and how the water returns.
What you get
Pressure before and after, and what we noticed.
If the sand needs replacing
That’s a separate job, priced first.

D.E.

Diatomaceous earth filters need a careful, by-the-book clean. We follow the maker’s instructions for your model.

What we look at
The grids and the manifold, for tears and cracks.
What you get
Pressure before and after, written down.
Not sure which you have?
That’s fine — we’ll identify it on the first visit.

A question we hear

Will you replace a cartridge without asking?

No. We explain what we found and price a replacement before you decide. Your Visit Note records the work, what we noticed, and any next step.

Next step

Tell us about your pool.

A little about the pool, the address, and what you need. We’ll check the route and talk through the next step — one of us replies within one business day.
