Weekly Estate Care
One technician. Every week. The same one.
A steady rhythm for the pool.Weekly Estate Care brings the surfaces, water and equipment into one visit, with a written entry before we leave.
Each visit
What we attend to.
The same order each week, so nothing depends on memory. The final list is set in your proposal.
Skim the water and empty the skimmer and pump baskets.
Brush the walls, steps and waterline; vacuum as the pool requires.
Test and balance the water; check the equipment, the catch basin and the spillway.
Record the readings, the work completed and anything worth knowing.
The method
A familiar pair of eyes.
The assigned technician gets to know the pool and its usual condition — how the edge runs, where leaves collect, how the spa sits after a weekend. If cover is needed, the Pool Record gives the next person the same reference.
