What you share and why.

We use what you send to respond to your request and to discuss pool care with you. Nothing more is asked than the form shows.

Form fields and why we ask for them

Name and phone number	To call you back about the walkthrough.
Email, if you add it	Only to confirm the request in writing.
Neighborhood or community	To check that the house is on our route. No street address is needed.
Anything you write about the pool	To prepare for the walkthrough.

Please don’t send access codes, alarm details, travel dates or other sensitive information through the website. We ask for access details by phone.

How the request is handled.

A request is stored with the company that runs our form and our email, and read only by the people who arrange walkthroughs. We keep it while we discuss care with you, and for a reasonable period afterward so we can answer follow-up questions.

The website uses only what it needs to work and stay secure. It doesn’t use advertising cookies or marketing trackers.
