Website terms
Using this
website.
This website describes a service. Scope, price and appointments are always confirmed separately, in writing.
Information about care.
This website describes the services Ashgrove Estate Pools proposes to provide. It is general information; the care at a particular house is set out in a written proposal after a walkthrough.
A request starts a conversation.
Sending the form does not reserve an appointment or start a service agreement. We confirm availability, visit terms, scope and price separately, and nothing begins until you agree to them.
Prices and photographs.
Any starting price depends on the pool and the written proposal. Additional work always requires your agreement first.
The photographs show the type of setting we look after. They do not show client properties or completed work.
Questions about these terms.
Call (239) 555-0148 about anything on this website. A service agreement, once made, sets out its own terms for visits, billing and ending the service.
Concept site. Ashgrove Estate Pools is a fictional business designed by Ruberio US; nothing on this website is an offer of service.
