Questions
Before we walk the pool.
Walkthroughs, pricing, the same technician, access and storms. If your question isn’t here, call (239) 555-0148.
What happens at a walkthrough?
We look at the pool, the surfaces, the features and the equipment, then talk about how the house is used. It takes about an hour, and Graham writes the proposal himself.
The walkthrough is part of preparing your proposal; there is nothing to sign at the visit. A request does not reserve a time — we call to arrange one.
How is the care priced?
Weekly Estate Care starts at $540 a month. Every pool is quoted after a walkthrough, because a spa, an edge or a larger volume changes the visit.
The written proposal sets out the visit schedule, whether chemicals are supplied and how they are billed, and any work priced separately.
Will the same technician visit?
Yes. The plan assigns a technician to the property, on a fixed day. When that person is away, Graham or another member of the team covers the visit, and the Pool Record keeps them informed. You’re told who is coming.
Do I need to be at the house?
No. We agree access and the authorized contact before service — you, a house manager or someone else you name.
Please don’t send gate codes, alarm details or travel dates through the website. We discuss those privately, by phone.
What happens around a storm?
Any shutdown, restart or follow-up is agreed in advance and written into your plan at the start of the season. Visits depend on safe access and local conditions; additional work needs your approval.
Can I ask about a repair or a one-time visit?
Tell us what you’ve noticed. Availability and the appropriate trade are confirmed before we propose any work. Ongoing maintenance does not automatically include repairs or restoration.
