Water Balance
Water balance, with the surfaces in mind.
More than a clear surface.Water Balance follows the water readings and the materials around the pool. It forms part of an agreed maintenance plan.
The method
Read the water. Know the finish.
At the walkthrough, we ask about the finish, the salt system and the products already in use. Changes are based on readings and the equipment guidance, not on a photograph.

Travertine is soft and porous. We balance the water with the stone in mind and note any change along the joints.

Glass tile shows scale early, as a pale line where water meets air. We watch that line and record what we see.

Where a salt system is fitted, its readings sit beside ours in the Record, so the two can be compared over time.

Summer rain and heat move the water week to week. The plan is reviewed when the season, or the use of the pool, changes.
Each visit
What we attend to.
Part of Weekly Estate Care, or agreed on its own where another company cleans the pool.
Test and record the water during the visit.
Review salt-system readings where a salt system is fitted.
Watch for changes at the waterline and around the stone.
Review the care plan as rain, use and the season change.
Boundaries
What this service does not promise.
What it does
Readings, recorded and acted on.
Each adjustment follows a reading taken that day, and the reading is written down. Over a season, the Record shows how the water behaves at your house.
What it doesn’t
A guarantee against marks.
- A promise that stains or scale won’t appear
- Treatment of existing surface damage
- Specialist stain or scale removal
Those are assessed separately. Tell us what has changed — without sending gate or alarm details.
