You pay $49 first, through Stripe's checkout. We never see your card number. Your website price is on the checkout page before you pay, and the $49 comes off it. Right now the website is $990 if you start your preview by November 30. From December 1 it's $1,990.
Not at your link 48 hours after your photos and our call? Your $49 back, and you still get your preview. The 48 hours start once we have your photos and the short call is done.
The Looks-Like-You Guarantee: while your preview is online, ask for up to three rounds of changes, each made within 48 hours. If after at least one round it still doesn't feel like your company, email us within the 14 days and your $49 comes back. You don't need to give a reason.
Until you buy, the preview is ours. Once you've paid for your website in full, the design and the code are yours. A domain you already own stays yours. If we register a new one for you, we transfer it to your name within 5 business days of asking. Domain registries don't allow a transfer in the first 60 days after registration; ask sooner and we transfer it on day 61. It's included in your plan.
Monthly plans have no contract. Cancel with one month's notice: it runs from the day you cancel, and the billing month it ends in is your last. If you're owed your $49 under one of the guarantees above, one email to info@ruberio.com is enough. We process it within 72 hours, and it's on your card within 14 days.
