What the service form collects

Nothing. The form checks your entries in the browser and stops there.
A WORKING SITE
Your name, the contact details you choose, the property address, the requested service and any optional pool details. The host also keeps basic technical logs for security and delivery.
Please leave out gate codes, alarm details and payment information, on any site.
Why the details are used
To check coverage, answer the request and talk about service. A request is not a newsletter signup, and the details are not sold or shared for marketing.
On a working site they are handled by the owner, the form and email providers that deliver the request, and the company that hosts the site. Each is named here once the site goes live.
How long details are kept
A working site states two periods here: how long service requests are kept, and how long technical logs are kept. This concept keeps neither.
