How it works

Know what happens at every stop.

A set day is the start. Every visit follows the same checklist, and the note tells you what happened.

An orderly workshop with pool poles, nets, brushes and blue and yellow storage bins

The visit

Every visit runs the same 6 stops.

  1. STOP 01

    Skim the surface

Leaves, bugs and pollen off the top, and the waterline wiped where it collects.

A skimmer net with leaves on the pool coping
  2. STOP 02

    Brush walls and tile

Walls, steps and tile line, so nothing gets a chance to settle in.

  3. STOP 03

    Vacuum as needed

The floor, when it needs it. Some weeks it doesn’t, and we won’t pretend otherwise.

  4. STOP 04

    Empty the baskets

Skimmer and pump baskets emptied, so the water keeps moving.

  5. STOP 05

    Test and balance the water

Chlorine, pH and alkalinity tested, then balanced. The reading goes on your note.

  6. STOP 06

Check the equipment and latch the gate

A look at pump, filter and pressure. Then the gate gets latched behind us.

Access

The gate gets latched.

Keep pets inside and leave a clear path to the pool and equipment. Share gate codes by phone after your request, never in the website form.
